Hello Bill - Great to hear of the "big Catch" - I never catch anything that big around here!  I spent the afternoon with Parts at the Poker run for "Panhead" RIP - It was a good Ol' Biker time complete with weenie bite, slow race and barrel roll. I have been selling the CD's in the shop. I have enjoyed the old timers coming in to the shop and getting excited to see we have them. I have heard countless stories of ..."I saw Bill Van Dyke back in the eighties at Sturgis"  or I remember his ad in Easyriders. I also have really tried to turn these new riders- young guys on to your music. I explain to them that there is more to riding a Harley than the local HD Boutique T-shirt dealership. I tell them that there is a heritage that they need to know about.  That heritage was forged by REAL BIKERS like you. I tell them to listen to the songs- they tell the story. Hell, maybe some of them will get it. I really worry about the lack of respect these young punks have for Bikers. They think a brand new financed Harley and a pretty bandanna = instant Biker. It really makes me appreciate you... Steve @ Steve's Customs INC

Just wanted to let you know that I received CD.   thank you so very much. I will check on the others and may order them; right now our daughter and I are getting ready to go to Florida the end of this month; may order, when we are there. thanks again Shirl Ashley.

Thanks again,

I am seriously interested in acquiring some or all of the music displayed on your website.
A quick bio: towards the end of the 80's, I was fortunate enough to get turned on to Williams music in my house, by my father. My brother and I (I'm 38, bro is 33) have very fond memories of the music, and still sing the songs aloud on many an occasion. My dad would play the albums to no end all day and most times into the night and next morning. Sharing the turntable often was Willie, Waylon, Johnny Cash, and David Allan Coe. Very good company, I would say! I have most of their stuff on disc now (I have close to 1200 cds in my collection ), and feel it is in dire need of some
W.V.D. If you could help me with this, I would be very grateful, as would my brother and Dad. Pop now resides in Daytona Beach, rides a 1947 Indian Chief, as well as a 1997 heritage springer, and loves to have his biker brothers over regularly for a good cigar, some fine drink and ass kickin party music. If you could accommodate, we would all be grateful. Hope to hear from you.

Hi, I was blown away to find you on the internet. I have worn out the LP copies of "Hog ridin' Fool" and "I'm a Nomad" that I have been lugging around since Denver in 1985. I had given up hope of ever replacing them. Can you give me the prices and info on purchasing albums? I'd sure appreciate it. Also, are you going to be in the Northwest anytime soon?, if so let me know and you'll have a place to rest your head for a few days. Open offer, care of the Noble Mavericks MC.

Bill and Margie,
My name is Duane and the oldest of Ace's nephew's. I really appreciate the tribute page on your site. You must have had a close bond.
- I had a lunch with my granny and Ace in Oklahoma. We talked about family stuff and he let me know about a gig he did in Florida for bikers and the "ONE persenters".
It was a good story and the outcome was entertaining. I will share this conversation with you.
-H20/20 -The photo shoot with Ace in OK was his Mom and sister Jane's idea...and we went to place's he wanted. Mine shaft's and Stepford Bridge.
This is an email to identify myself and to continue the music.

I have a friend that is looking for your c d's. I also need to know if you are familiar with a songwriter named "Junkyard" Gentry? Can you give me any information about him? Any help would be thankful. Ed   June 02, 2003 8:49 PM

I saw Bill perform in 1989 at the finals of the Easyriders Rodeo in Ventura CA., He put on a hell of a good show!
Thanks Again, Byron   July 31, 2002

Dear Mr. Van Dyke,
My husband was given your CD by his brother in the spring of 1999. He listened to it a lot with our grandsons that live in Indiana, while he was there for an extended visit that year. Since we lost Grandpa "Skip" 12-22-01, the grandsons were wanting the CD & I can't find it. So… please send a copy of CD #1.
Thanks a lot! Cindy   February 18, 2002

Thank you Mr. Van Dyke for the return call.
I look forward, as do others, for further CD's from you on the market.
Hopefully your friends encouragement to put your life on CD's, has worked out and been another experience for you.
Thanks, Keith   June 26, 2001
